These terms apply to use of the TopSpec Hosting website and to enquiries made through it. Detailed hosting-service terms should be supplied and agreed when a hosting service is confirmed.

Information on this website

We aim to keep service descriptions and prices clear and current. An enquiry through the website does not by itself create a hosting contract. We confirm the service, price and any relevant extras before setup.

Prices

The website currently shows monthly plan prices of £4.99 for Essential, £9.99 for Business and £25 for Managed Hosting. Domain registration and paid third-party software are separate where required and should be confirmed before commitment.

Availability and changes

Hosting features depend partly on the underlying hosting platform and may change over time. If a material change affects a service you are considering, we will clarify it before setup.

Acceptable use

Hosting must not be used for unlawful activity, malicious software, abuse of other systems, unsolicited bulk messaging or activity intended to damage the service or other users. More detailed service conditions may apply to an active hosting account.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party platforms or software, including Plesk, domain registries, certificate services and mail infrastructure. Their availability and terms can affect those parts of the service.
